Sometimes the watch app does not work. to check please ensure these are in order
1. Ensure Bluetooth is on
2. Ensure Phone is connected to internet
3. Launch iPhone App2. Ensure Phone is connected to internet
Watchkit uses bluetooth to talk to iPhone and iPhone needs wifi to connect to nest. Once these steps are done then the watch app should start to work.
If the above steps do not work. please raise a ticket and we'll investigate and fix the issue.
